zine release with Katelyn Nicole Kilburg & closing reception

Please join us on Sunday, July 7 from 5-8 pm for our zine release, featuring images and poetry by Katelyn Nicole Kilburg in conjunction with her exhibition “I haven’t forgotten anything despite how I pretend to.”


The zine we’ll be releasing in conjunction with Katelyn Kilburg’s is adaptly titled “I haven’t forgotten anything despite how I pretend to” . This twelve page zine is intended to reflect and share as part mini chapbook, photo-journal, and weaves in graphic elements inspired by a long summer abroad in which feelings of loss and gain were explored.

“I haven’t forgotten anything despite how I pretend to” was published using risograph methods by Katelyn Nicole Kilburg at Outlet in Northeast Portland in July 2019.

We will have light snacks & refreshments to enjoy during this event.


Katelyn Kilburg is a multidisciplinary visual artist, combining film with graphic design elements, and often written word.
